Choice Care also assists with the Innovative Community Participation Program. This program is designed to help NDIS participants develop the necessary skills to engage with their community actively. Our highly skilled Community Engagement Practitioners work closely with participants to expand their community participation and employment opportunities through side-by-side practice.
Choice Care utilises a community-based approach and works with participants in their local community to build their capacity to transition from the service to informal support.
